Yoon, our server at "It's Sushi," truly made our dining experience exceptional. From her impressive menu knowledge to warm hospitality, she guided us through a delightful sushi adventure.

Her recommendations were spot-on, and her attentive service ensured each dish arrived perfectly timed and presented. Her friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home!

Thanakrit K.:

Best Sushi Restaurant in town! Sushi was fresh and delicious. My server was Kevin he's very professional and knowledge of menu that I asked him a lot lol because today is my first time. Big thanks for him to make our special day today. Would recommend for everybody.

Alright, first and foremost, be prepared for a wait. We got there to put our name down and was told about a 1 hour wait. When we returned to the restaurant, I over heard the front tell other guests 2+ hour wait at around 7:30PM.

Inside is clean, and homey. 2 unisex bathrooms in the very back. This place can seat a lot of parties, and they are packed!

Our server, Austin gave me a very helpful crash course of how the menu works and proceeded to get us waters. What I appreciate about this spot is that Austin was there right when we finished our first round and was immediately ready to take our next order. Other places make you wait and hope you get full, but Austin was there for us.

The hamachi kama (yellowtail kama) was excellent and while usually over cooked at some buffets, was perfect here. All the sushi was pretty fresh and tasty. If you like spicy, try some of their spicy rolls - I recommend the 911 roll if you like habaneros! While they don't have outright sashimi, you can get some super thin cuts in the form of carpiaccio (on the bottom right side of the back of the menu).

Solid spot for AYCE sushi for about 35 bucks for dinner. Definitely would return!

Charlene T.:

Best sushi buffet we've had! The reviews don't lie and super value for money. Service was great too with very polite and attentive servers. Big thanks to the hostess who allowed us in when we arrived a little pass the check in time with a toddler and baby. Plate changes were frequent and servers checked in often with us.

Sushi was amazing. Highly recommend the dinner menu if you're trying this place only once. Salmon belly, amaebi, fresh oyster and negitoro were available only for dinner with just 1 order per person and very well done. Other favorites and limited to dinner were all the carpaccio and fresh poke nachos.

For non sashimi lovers, cooked rolls were done very well too in an ayce setting. We had the baked rolls, spider roll, and every one was great.

It's Sushi, located on Spring Mountain Road in Las Vegas, NV, is one of my top AYCE places to eat, and they have redeemed themselves from my previous review. I came in around 10 p.m., and the place was super busy and popping.

Pros 4/5-5/5

My server, Tina, did an excellent job taking care of me, and the rest of their team members were very attentive and hard-working as a team to bring out my food in a timely manner and take empty plates out for being super busy.

Good vibes music was playing while you're eating make a good combo. It might be a bit too loud if you were to bring a baby, grandma, and grandpa.

Everything tasted a lot better than their other location in Warm Spring, NV.

I was immediately seated when it was a full house.

I had a few left-overs, and I told Tina to charge me accordingly. Tina told me that her manager, a nice gentleman who was also working hard and helping out his team members, declined to charge me extra for my left-overs. Their Warm Spring location did charge me for my left-overs, but it wasn't too bad because they got good service and decor.

I had many places to go eat for free during my trip here in Las Vegas, NV, and I'm glad that I picked It's Sushi even though it wasn't for free. I don't mind paying whatever it costs, as long as the food and service are good and on point. Thanks again to It's Sushi and their team members. I'm always looking forward to stopping by my top AYCE sushi spot in Las Vegas, NV.

After having our little one this was our first night out and of course it had to be sushi! It's fairly newer in our area and it was great. With a laundry list of options, and apps to choose from, the AYCE is a no brainer.

Given their late hours, I typically like to go closer to closing time. With this, they do have a happy hour price which is awesome. I also saw they do to-go orders 2 rolls for $14.99 which is nice!

Love the ambience of the spot, and the service is quite fast. Will definitely be coming back soon

Stopped by on my holiday Vegas trip for a late lunch.

Found the servers to be very attentive, the cuts of fish were a little smaller than a traditional Sushi cuts, but seemed a bit larger than the other AYCE places I have visited in Vegas

The rolls were good flavor, but still more sauce on them than i would prefer

The only thing that I really didn't like, they don't have Sushi bar seating, as I like to get the chef to make me something they choose, you can't do that through a server

Ate here for the first time for a late lunch. We ordered more than what's pictured. We had appetizers: gyoza, edamame and It's the Shit (my daughter's favorite). All was really good. For the rolls, we had: super dragon (sooo good), shrimp lover (also good), spicy tuna and spicy salmon and spicy yellowtail (all of my son's favorites), orange blossom roll (my favorite) and LV raiders ( very good). The cup of ice cream: affogato and strawberry were both good. Bill was just under $88 before tip for the three of us. Definitely got our money's worth.
Angel was helpful and attentive. She came around often to see if we were ready to order more. The restaurant was steady, not too busy so food was arriving pretty quickly.
All in all, we liked it! We would go again.

FOOD

The food was good. The sushi was not the best, but pretty average for Las Vegas. Surprisingly good quality for all you can eat. The rolls were okay.

SERVICE

The service was really good. The servers were nice and check in with us once in a while.

AMBIANCE

The building interiors were nice. The lighting was bright enough to enjoy while eating.

Addicting... enough said. Birthdays, date nights, family night out, girls night out, just because... The staff is the best.

You may have to magically time your meal with the waitlist. If you come enough times, you will figure it out.

Ps - they do not disappoint on the birthday celebration remixes & sparklers... I promise you will dance in your seat.

Are we vip yet? ;) They might memorize our order soon...
